Job Description
Chief Medical Officer, Community Behavioral Health In partnership with Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK), we are seeking an accomplished Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to provide executive medical leadership for one of Michigan's most comprehensive behavioral health and integrated care organizations. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced psychiatrist and physician executive to shape clinical strategy, influence system-wide care delivery, and drive meaningful community impact while remaining engaged in patient care. ISK is a mission-driven organization dedicated to delivering innovative, high-quality behavioral health and integrated care services. As CMO, you will serve as the organization's senior medical leader and primary advisor to the CEO on matters involving:
Medical and psychiatric policy
Clinical care strategy and program development
Quality, safety, and standards of care
Physician leadership and clinical excellence Qualifications
MD or DO with Board Certification and active medical licensure
5+ years of psychiatry experience
3+ years of progressive physician leadership experience
Demonstrated success leading change and driving organizational performance
Passion for integrated care, population health, and community impact
