The Role We're looking for a Medical Advisor to provide physician-level oversight across our clinical operations. This is a consulting relationship, not a full-time position, built around periodic availability rather than a fixed schedule. As we expand into skilled and licensed clinical services, this role provides the physician-level guidance our accreditation standards require behind that growth. What You'll Do Serve as the Agency's Medical Advisor for clinical oversight and physician-level consultation. Participate in Ethics Committee matters when clinical or patient care questions require physician input. Support verification and review of referring physician credentials and orders as needed. Provide guidance on plan of care questions when clinical staff or the Director of Nursing need physician-level input. Be available for periodic consultation, not day-to-day clinical management. What You Bring Active, unrestricted physician license (MD or DO). Experience with home health, private duty, or a comparable care setting is a strong plus. Comfort operating in an advisory capacity rather than a full-time clinical role. Responsiveness and reachability for periodic consultation, even with limited hours.
