What You'll Do Lead daily office operations with a sharp focus on quality, customer service, and growth Onboard and support new caregivers (you set the tone) Maintain compliance with client charts and documentation Actively participate in community events and outreach Help shape and improve processes as we grow (your ideas matter here) Be a trusted point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers Who You Are Highly motivated and self-driven, you don't wait to be told what to do Purpose-led and genuinely passionate about serving others Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities A strong communicator who builds trust quickly Prior healthcare experience is preferred , but not required (Drive, Accountability, and Heart matter more!)
