Partnership Health Lycoming County t is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to see a panel of patients and act as Medical Director for Partnership Health in Lycoming County, Williamsport, PA This is a 4 day a week position 8am-6pm. our office offers onsite Family Medicine, X-ray, Physical Therapy and Behavorial Health to the County employees and their families working for Lycoming County Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Family Medicine Medical Director to lead our primary care team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, leadership experience, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management principles. As Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and promote high-quality patient care. Duties Provide clinical leadership by guiding physicians and healthcare staff in delivering comprehensive family medicine services. Oversee the management of electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure accurate documentation and efficient workflow. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including

HIPAA, FDA

regulations, NCQA standards, and DEA regulations. Lead quality improvement initiatives focusing on patient safety, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
