Job Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced Regional Medical Administrative Director to lead administrative operations across all our North Texas clinic locations. The role oversees front desk operations, billing and collections, human resources, and financial administration while working directly with the leadership team to execute organizational goals. The position reports to the Operations Director. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations across all clinic sites Supervise patient support and administrative staff; oversee scheduling Monitor weekly performance statistics and collaborate with leadership on action plans Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for administrative staff Oversee billing accuracy and timely reimbursement; manage in-house and third-party collections Maintain accurate patient intake records in accordance with legal requirements Partner with the CEO and Finance team on budget creation, approvals, and monthly reconciliations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Experience supervisory/executive experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan with company match (immediate vesting) Voluntary benefit options Employee recognition and incentive programs
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
