Rovia120, a fitness and wellness facility in Glendale, Arizona, has a fully furnished and equipped medical clinic available for lease to a qualified medical provider interested in establishing or expanding their own independent practice. This is a unique opportunity for a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, naturopathic physician, or established medical/wellness practice that wants a turnkey clinical setting without the expense and time involved in building a new office from the ground up.

HOW THE ARRANGEMENT WORKS

The selected provider would lease the clinic space from Rovia120 and operate a completely independent medical practice. The provider would be responsible for their own business operations, licensing, medical services, staffing, insurance, billing, scheduling, and regulatory requirements. This is not a salaried, hourly, or employed medical position with Rovia120.
