The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of dental office management and treatment coordinating and billing in HMO, PPO and Denti-Cal is a must. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic functions, excellent patient care coordination, and effective financial management within a HIPAA-compliant environment. Prior dental office management experience, along with supervisory and human resources expertise, is essential for success in this position. Duties Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination Oversee financial aspects such as treatment coordinating and billing management to ensure practice profitability Supervise administrative staff and support personnel, providing training and performance evaluations Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures and financial options to facilitate treatment acceptance Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records and sensitive information Requirements Proven experience in a dental office management with a strong understanding of healthcare operations Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing administrative or clinical teams Effective communication skills for patient interaction of case acceptance and team collaboration Spanish speaking preferred This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic dental team while ensuring operational excellence.
