DENTAL PRACTICE MANAGER

Our front office staff play a key role in the team's ability to deliver high standards of patient care, you will need to be able to: Put together and present treatment plans successfully Understand and communicate dental procedures and needs Schedule patient appointments Handle all duties associated with billing and account receivables Post completed treatment and collect patient copays Understand and communicate dental procedures and needs Assist with treatment planning • Handle incoming/outgoing calls Schedule patient appointments Beyond the technical requirements you should be able to: Good communication skills Strong attention to detail Show empathy and compassion Listen, understand, and follow directions carefully Always be willing to learn and grow To support your efforts within the team our office will: Provide the support needed to perform all tasks Encourage your technical and personal development Maintain a positive, friendly working environment
