Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach, and develop both front and back office teams Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, billing, insurance, claims, and reporting Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Present treatment plans with confidence and professionalism Partner with doctors and clinical teams to achieve patient care and production goals Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-focused culture Support your team by leading through action and serving wherever needed Facilitate bi-weekly leadership meetings Train, mentor, and onboard new team members Conduct monthly and quarterly performance check-ins Manage team scheduling effectively Analyze and report monthly business performance metrics Who You Are You're a confident, people-focused leader who enjoys helping others succeed.
You bring:
2+ years of Dental Office Management experience or equivalent dental leadership experience Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, insurance, scheduling, and treatment presentation Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Emotional intelligence and professionalism in both calm and fast-paced environments A positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example Strong organizational skills and attention to detail A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement Benefits We value our team and offer a competitive benefits package Competitive compensation
