We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of our outpatient clinics. Position Overview The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and long-term success of multiple physician practices. This leader will drive operational efficiency, financial performance, patient satisfaction, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic healthcare leader with strong experience in physician practice operations, revenue cycle management, team development, and healthcare compliance. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple outpatient clinics. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational best practices. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including patient access, productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction. Ensure efficient staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Financial Management Manage operating budgets and financial performance across assigned practices. Identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining high-quality patient care. Monitor provider productivity and operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development Establish performance expectations and accountability measures. Promote employee engagement, professional growth, and a positive workplace culture. Lead organizational change initiatives and operational improvement projects. Patient Experience & Quality Champion initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and service excellence. Resolve escalated patient concerns and operational issues. Support quality improvement programs and patient safety initiatives. Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional patient-centered care. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, Medicaid, and other regulatory requirements. Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and accreditation reviews. Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to organizational policies and quality standards. Strategic Planning Partner with physicians and executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives. Support practice growth, acquisitions, and service line expansion. Utilize data analytics to drive informed business decisions and operational improvements. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience overseeing physician practices, clinics, or healthcare operations. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Preferred Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field). Experience managing multiple practice locations.
