The ideal candidate is an experienced dental office manager who is ready to take the next step in their leadership career. Dental office management experience is required. To ensure a strong understanding of our organization and culture, the selected candidate will initially begin as an Office Manager while learning our systems, expectations, and leadership approach before transitioning into the Regional Manager role. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and dental teams Support performance across up to 9 locations Monitor production, collections, staffing, and operational goals Partner with doctors and leadership to drive growth Conduct regular office visits and provide hands-on support Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive culture

What We're Looking For Required:

Pay:
