Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our healthcare practice in the designated location. This pivotal role combines operational oversight, team leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance management to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and efficient practice performance. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will foster a positive work environment, uphold healthcare regulations, and implement best practices to support growth and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including patient management, staff supervision, and administrative functions Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing processes, and cost control measures Lead human resources activities including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and health policy policies Utilize EMR/EHR systems like Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms for medical records management and patient data accuracy Maintain high levels of customer service by fostering a patient-centered environment and resolving escalated issues promptly Monitor clinic performance metrics to optimize workflow efficiency and improve patient outcomes Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in supervising teams Extensive knowledge of medical administrative support functions including medical billing, coding, and records management Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential Strong understanding of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and health regulation policies Demonstrated fiscal management skills with experience in budgeting and financial oversight within a healthcare setting Excellent managerial communication skills to lead diverse teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment Prior clinic or dental office experience is highly desirable; acute care or hospital experience is a plus Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us as a General Manager where your energetic leadership will shape the future of our healthcare practice. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
