Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of a healthcare practice. This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering an environment of excellence in patient care. The Practice Manager will serve as the backbone of the practice, driving efficiency, quality, and staff engagement to deliver outstanding healthcare experiences. Duties Manage the overall operations of the healthcare practice, including patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation Lead nursing and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery Maintain compliance with health regulation policies such as JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standards and other regulatory requirements Oversee medical management processes, including patient records, billing, coding, and insurance coordination Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction Monitor clinical performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous quality improvement Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and adherence to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management or medical practice administration Strong knowledge of health regulation policies, including JCAHO accreditation standards Nursing leadership experience or background in medical management is highly desirable Excellent management skills with the ability to oversee both clinical and administrative teams effectively In-depth understanding of healthcare operations, billing procedures, and compliance regulations Ability to interpret health regulation policies and implement necessary changes to maintain accreditation standards Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with staff, patients, vendors, and regulatory bodies Join us as a Practice Manager and lead our healthcare team toward operational excellence! Pay:
$54,978.49 - $66,210.65 per year
