Progressive Pelvis Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Medical Office Manager to join our team in Marietta, GA. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Medical Office. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple tasks, with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Looking for someone outgoing, who can communicate well in person and on the phone, and interested in social media and marketing.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient flow through the office Schedule appointments and take calls Manage social media accounts Manage patient billing Manage patient records and medical files Maintain office supplies inventory Assist scheduling, referrals, and marketing Coordinate with our therapists to ensure timely patient care delivery Manage office equipment and supplies ordering and distribution Assist with patient care coordination with other offices in the area as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. The schedule is somewhat flexible but ideally Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We are located in Marietta, GA.
