Abundant Life Clinic of Chiropractic & Salora Day Spa New Castle, Indiana Full-time | $45,000 - $60,000 per year About the Position We are looking for an organized, motivated, and growth-minded Practice Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations at Abundant Life Group for our brands Abundant Life Clinic of Chiropractic and Salora Day Spa. Both brands operate out of one building and share one team. This person will work closely with ownership to make sure the team is performing well, systems are being followed, guests and patients receive an excellent experience, and the business continues to grow. This is not simply an office manager position. We are looking for someone who can lead people, solve problems, track results, and take ownership of getting things done. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic and spa operations Lead and hold team members accountable Make sure staff responsibilities and daily tasks are completed Help train, coach, and develop employees Monitor scheduling, patient/guest flow, and customer experience Manage the daily schedule to control operating costs Track weekly and monthly KPIs and business goals Help increase spa memberships, bookings, retail product sales, referrals, retention, and revenue Make sure promotions and growth initiatives are executed Identify problems and help create solutions Manage staff schedules, hiring, onboarding, and letting people go Make sure SOPs and business systems are being followed Keep projects, tasks, and deadlines organized and on time Report key numbers, concerns, and opportunities to ownership Create an organized, positive, and accountable workplace culture by leading by example Who We Are Looking For You may be a great fit if you are someone who: Naturally takes ownership Is highly organized and dependable Enjoys leading and developing people Is comfortable holding others accountable Is comfortable managing up as well as down Communicates clearly and professionally Can handle difficult conversations when necessary Notices problems and takes initiative to solve them Enjoys working toward measurable goals Understands that customer service and business growth go together Is comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance Can take an idea and turn it into a completed project Remains calm and professional in a busy environment Enjoys creating structure, systems, and organization Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of leadership or management experience Experience managing employees in a service-based business Experience with sales, revenue, and growth goals Strong customer service background Experience with scheduling and staff management Experience tracking KPIs or business performance Comfortable with technology, spreadsheets, scheduling software, and project-management tools Healthcare, chiropractic, spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, dental, or similar service-industry experience is helpful but not required Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Saturday availability is required. We currently operate alternating Saturdays and plan to be open every Saturday going forward as we grow.
