  • Number of reports (direct & indirect)

Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school Diploma or equivalent Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience:
1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met

Ability to inspire and motivate caregivers to achieve practice goals.
Problem-solving:
Capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Communication:
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
