About Us Our family-owned and operated dental practice has proudly served our community for nearly 20 years. We're known for delivering a five-star patient experience through a synergistic team, exceptional customer service, and genuine attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, dynamic leader to help take our front office and our practice to the next level. Position Overview As our Office Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our administrative team. You'll lead the front office with confidence, guide patients toward accepting the treatment they need, hold your team accountable to high standards, support our marketing efforts, and provide day-to-day HR support for the practice. This is a role for someone who thrives on variety one moment you're closing a treatment plan, the next you're coaching a teammate or managing the schedule all while keeping the patient experience front and center. What You'll Do Lead the team: Manage and mentor the front office staff, streamline communication between departments, bring fresh ideas to help the team hit its goals, and lead by example every day.
Drive results:
Keep the practice on track to meet daily, monthly, and annual goals. Present treatment and close the sale: Confidently present treatment plans, help patients say yes to the care they need, and set up financial arrangements — whether through outside financing or in-house payment plans.
Manage accounts:
Collect and post payments, oversee financial arrangements, balance ledgers, and prepare deposits.
Run the front desk:
Answer phones, schedule appointments to meet production goals, and manage patient check-in/check-out.
Support HR functions:
Assist with onboarding new team members, maintain accurate personnel records, help coordinate scheduling and time-off requests, and ensure office policies are followed consistently.
Support marketing:
Create and manage content for our social media channels and help plan and execute campaigns to attract new patients.
Gather feedback:
Collect and review patient feedback to continuously improve the patient experience.
Help with events:
Support community outreach, patient appreciation days, and staff events.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable Strong sales instincts and a track record of confidently closing on treatment or services A genuine passion for customer service and the patient experience An energetic, positive, team-first attitude Ability to multitask and stay composed with a smile in high-pressure moments Excellent phone, communication, and time-management skills 4+ years of dental office experience preferred Experience with Dentrix and MS Office preferred Working knowledge of dental insurance preferred
