Our private dental office is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. As our Dental Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, support both administrative and clinical teams, and help ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in staff leadership, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and overall practice growth. What You'll Do Oversee daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency Lead, mentor, train, and support front office team members Manage staff performance, accountability, and ongoing development Ensure exceptional patient service and a welcoming office experience Monitor and improve key performance indicators, productivity metrics, and operational goals Oversee dental insurance verification, claims processing, billing, collections, and accounts receivable Analyze reports and financial data to make informed business decisions Collaborate with providers and team members to support practice growth and profitability Manage office budgets and help drive revenue while reducing outstanding balances Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable dental industry regulations Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office management or dental practice leadership role Proven success in managing daily operations within a dental practice Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, claims submission, billing, collections, and accounts receivable Experience with dental practice management software and electronic health record systems Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets, productivity goals, and performance metrics Thorough understanding of HIPAA requirements, OSHA regulations, and dental compliance standards Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems Our Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is: A confident and motivating leader Highly organized and detail-oriented An excellent communicator with outstanding patient service skills Skilled at problem-solving and conflict resolution Comfortable analyzing reports and making data-driven decisions Able to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Passionate about building positive team culture and supporting practice success Benefits Competitive salary of $75,000-$85,000 annually DOE Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays 401(k) options Full-time, stable schedule Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing practice Work Environment This is a fast-paced, patient-focused office where no two days are exactly the same.
