Dental Office Manager Smile Loft Dental is seeking a charismatic, results-driven, and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience . Strong experience using CareStack or SoftDent practice management software. Extensive knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, insurance claims, collections, and patient financial arrangements . Proven ability to manage, coach, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams. Demonstrated success managing different personalities, resolving conflict professionally, and building a positive workplace culture. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to use reports and KPIs to drive office performance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Open to feedback and continuous professional development. Bonus Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience . Multi-provider or multi-location dental practice experience. Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the dental office while maintaining exceptional patient care and customer service. Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback, accountability, and performance management. Effectively manage different personalities and navigate challenging employee situations with professionalism and confidence. Hold employees accountable to company policies, attendance expectations, performance standards, and financial goals. Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately communicate patient financial responsibilities. Present treatment plans confidently and help patients understand their treatment options and financial arrangements. Oversee billing, insurance claims, collections, and accounts receivable to ensure financial success. Utilize CareStack or SoftDent reports and office KPIs to make informed operational decisions. Lead by example through professionalism, punctuality, integrity, and a positive attitude. Build trust and collaboration within the team while maintaining a culture of accountability. Identify operational opportunities and implement systems that improve efficiency and patient experience. Maintain compliance with company policies, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. Remain flexible and adaptable in a growing organization while supporting other offices and leadership initiatives as needed.
