Job Description

Our office is a successful and well-staffed ophthalmology practice in Severna Park, MD that was started in 2007. We have 3 ophthalmologists and about 18 staff members, including receptionists, technicians, scribes, and billing staff. Our office is highly computerized and nearly paperless. This key position requires a college degree (preferably bachelor's or master's degree) and at least 4 years prior medical office management experience. You will oversee all aspects of our daily operations and must have strong knowledge of medical billing, insurance, EHR/PM software, all aspects of HR, and compliance issues for medical practices. •When applying, please complete Assessments/Phone Interview.
