Manufacturing Office Manager / Bookkeeper Redford, Michigan | On-site 85,000 - 95,000 + Bonus The Clark Agency is partnering with an established, family-owned manufacturer to hire a blended role - Office Manager/Accounting Supervisor. The company has been in business for approximately 30 years, is about $24 million in revenue with 35-40 employees, and in recent years growing organically more than 10% annually. This is a hands-on role in a small-to-midsize manufacturing office. You will own day-to-day accounting administration and office coordination-from customer order through purchasing, invoicing, and shipment. Senior management handles forecasting, banking, and analysis. Outside CPAs manages taxes. The priority is accurate monthly books, reliable AP/AR, and clean office execution!

Compensation:

Approximately $90,000, depending on experience.

Bonus:

Monthly company-performance bonus when sales goals are met.

Schedule:

On-site; typical hours 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. No hybrid or remote option.
