This individual oversees various administrative and operational functions to ensure the smooth functioning of the practice. They are responsible for managing caregivers, financial activities, patient relations, and regulatory compliance.
Scope:
Scope of influence and complexity of role may be defined by factors, including but not limited to:
  • Expanded span of control of providers
  • Expanded span of control of direct and indirect reports
  • Location and geographical distance of practice(s)
  • Leadership specific criteria
Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Education may be considered in lieu of experience.
Experience:
3 years of healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education met
Licensure:
