Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure timely and accurate billing
Maintain electronic health records (EHR) using systems
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize utilization management and improve patient outcomes
Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Skills:

Strong knowledge of medical office operations, including managed care and utilization management
