Responsibilities Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent patient experiences Manage financial activities including budgeting, billing, coding, and insurance claims processing using Eaglesoft Oversee human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of medical records and patient information Coordinate with clinical staff to support medical management, nursing duties, and acute care procedures within the dental setting Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness at all times Analytics and performance tracking Requirements Minimum 1 year experience managing a dental office Proven experience in dental office management with a strong background in dental administrative support Familiarity with Eaglesoft dental practice management software Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial management, and managed care processes Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in dental healthcare administration.
