Job Description

EXPEREIENCE REQUIRED

Dental Office Manager Job Summary:

Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards. Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care. Contact patients post-operatively as requested. Submit all insurance claims, post insurance payments for claims submitted and monitor for full payment of account. Review large treatment cases - verify all necessary consents and pre-instructions have been given to patient. Hire, develop, manage and retain staff. Schedule clinical education. Promote The Clinic, assist in arranging advertising, assist with community awareness of services provided. Maintain high level of communication with Doctor, Hygienists, Assistants, and all other office staff.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
