Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications) Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily front office operations of our established ophthalmology practice in Palisades Park, NJ. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Korean and English, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional patient service while ensuring efficient office workflow. Required Qualifications Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written) Previous experience in a medical office, ophthalmology practice, or healthcare setting preferred Supervisory or management experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of medical insurance verification, patient scheduling, and front office procedures Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise front desk staff and daily reception operations Ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient patient experience Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and registration processes Handle patient concerns, questions, and service recovery as needed Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Train, coach, and support front office team members Monitor office workflow and implement improvements to maximize efficiency Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and administration to support practice operations Assist with reporting, inventory, and other administrative duties as assigned Benefits After successfully completing a 3-month probationary period, full-time employees are eligible for: Medical insurance, with the company paying 90% of the employee's health insurance premium Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays After one year of employment, eligible full-time employees qualify for: 401(k) retirement plan with company matching of up to 4% Employer discretionary profit-sharing contribution
