Duties Oversee the daily operations of multiple veterinary clinics, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Paramus, Green Brook and Union locations. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, and fiscal management to optimize profitability and resource allocation. Supervise clinic staff, including veterinary technicians, administrative personnel, and support teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement and maintain medical office management systems for efficient patient and medical records management. Marketing both local and social media Ensure adherence to HIPAA, and NJ Veterinary standards, and health regulation policies while maintaining compliance with all legal requirements. Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Support patient management processes with expertise in medical terminology, medical billing, and customer service to deliver exceptional client experiences. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to healthcare practice management, utilization management, and managed care processes. Experience Proven supervisory experience within healthcare or veterinary practice settings with a strong background in managing teams as a healthcare practice manager. Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing. Strong knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA compliance standards. Experience with social media, referral programs and events for gaining new clients Hands-on experience with clinic operations involving acute care or critical care environments preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with customer service excellence to lead teams effectively while ensuring high-quality patient care.
