http://nnmg.com The Practice Manager is responsible for daily operations management and supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The practice manager will maintain regulatory compliance and is responsible for maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, proper credentialing with health system medical staff office and payers. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (CBO, marketing, quality team, business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c-suite, facilities, vendors, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practice operations. Practice manager will be the primary practice liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations, volume and revenue generation to assure practice budgets are met and provider subsidies are kept to a minimum. Participates in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding. Demonstrates service excellence, conveys professionalism, and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times. Other duties as assigned.
