Job Description

Position Summary:
Auburn Memorial Medical Services, PC is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our high-volume medical offices. This full-time leadership position is ideal for someone who excels at team management, operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead and manage daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure optimal workflow and patient satisfaction. Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to support regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Collaborate with Human Resources on hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Work closely with healthcare providers to streamline processes and improve patient care delivery. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical practice management . Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage the operations of a busy medical office. Familiarity with electronic medical records systems; experience with Medent is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salary:
$65,000 to $75,000 per year DOE
