We are hiring a Practice Manager to join and lead our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in the aesthetic industry demonstrating effective leadership, communication, and customer service skills, along with experience in marketing and business growth strategies. We are looking for a compassionate and friendly individual who strives to promote excellence in patient care and team success! This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and manage an expanding plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in central Ohio!
Responsibilities :
Supervision, training, and evaluation of staff Management of biweekly payroll and staff schedules Management of advertising/marketing, setting goals for growth/collaboration Oversight of social media and digital business platforms Completion of revenue and expense reports Communication with vendors and management of inventory Maintenance of Physician Quality Reporting metrics Organization of medical records and strict adherence to HIPPA guidelines Oversight of insurance reimbursement and collections Maintenance of office equipment and facilities
Competencies:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following: General understanding of plastic and reconstructive surgery Working knowledge of all cosmetic services and products including injectables, fillers, surgical procedures, lasers, and aesthetician services. Previous management experience with knowledge of healthcare practices (insurance reimbursement, billing, credentialing, etc.) Previous patient care experience (nurse, etc.) The ability to successfully manage people, fostering the growth and development of each team member, taking responsibility for team success and well-being. The ability to assist with development and implementation of strategies for business growth, marketing, and optimization of the practice financially Thorough understanding of HIPPA regulations and requirements Familiarity with an Electronic Medical Record system Proven organizational and leadership skills with solid references from previous employers

From $60,000.00 per year
