Job Description

Practice Manager needed for busy ENT clinic in

Yukon Responsibilities:

Daily clinical operations and ensuring smooth clinic flow. Supervising and monitoring clinic staff. Responsible for driving clinic productivity and expense management. Must be organized, provide excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to adapt to change and maintain a professional demeanor. Manager will work to incorporate quality and process improvement initiatives while seeking to continually improve patient care, patient experience and benchmarks.

Requirements:

Practice management experience required, Experience with front desk, scheduling, medical assisting and clinical operations highly recommended. Experience with EPIC or equivalent EHR Records preferred.
