The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients alike. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries. Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate employee compensation. Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all clerical tasks are completed efficiently. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for various departments. Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity. Assist in office management tasks if applicable, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Assisting in logistics, shipping / receiving Assisting in creation and distribution of marketing material Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in payroll systems and QuickBooks for financial management. Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls professionally. Excellent clerical skills for accurate data entry and record keeping. Proven experience in team management and supervising staff members. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong working knowledge of Office 365 Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required.
