Job Description
TruBalance is a two provider medical practice startup whose mission is to provide the highest level of diabetes and pre-diabetes management while also providing comprehensive metabolic and hormonal support for patients experiencing symptoms related to the normal process of aging. As the Office Manager at TruBalance, you will get to help create, grow and perpetuate a healthy, positive and high quality culture. You will also get to hire and onboard employees, and oversee the day to day operations that contribute to growing a successful practice and brand. Work with executives to set goals, objectives, and budgets. Develop and implement office policies and procedures. Oversee all financial operations, including working with the billing and coding system. Hire, onboard, supervise and evaluate administrative staff. Set the staffing schedule and approve paid time off. Ensure that customer service standards are met. Collaborate with providers and executives. Ensure healthcare regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed. Use AthenaOne software for electronic medical records (EMR), billing, scheduling. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite Resolve and mitigate complaints, inefficiencies and issues within the office workflow A bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related degree is required. A master's degree in healthcare management, business, or a related degree is preferred. A Certified Medical Manager (CMM) designation from the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PAHOM) is preferred. At least 2 years of medical office management experience is required.
