This role works closely with the Office Manager and clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience, efficient scheduling, accurate insurance processing, and smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and experienced in dental practice management. Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily management of front office operations. Support patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and recall systems. Verify dental insurance eligibility, process claims, and follow up on outstanding insurance payments. Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients. Help monitor office productivity and scheduling efficiency. Train, coach, and support front office team members. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance. Address patient concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Assist with payroll, reporting, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to maintain excellent patient care and office workflow. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance billing. Experience with Open dental practice management software Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
