Houston, TX (On-site) A respected, privately owned dermatology group in the Houston area is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about building efficient, patient-centered operations. About the Practice Established dermatology practice with 13+ years of successful operations Multi-site footprint supported by an experienced physician team Privately owned with collaborative and accessible leadership Strong emphasis on medical dermatology Role Overview The Practice Manager will lead day-to-day operations across assigned clinic locations, working closely with executive leadership and site-level managers. This individual will drive operational consistency, support staff performance, and ensure smooth clinic operations that allow providers to focus on delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support staff across multiple clinic locations Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and staff development Create and manage staffing schedules to meet clinic needs Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth Standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency Identify and resolve operational issues proactively Oversee administrative functions, including mail processing and bank deposits Develop templates, procedures, and best practices Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed Qualifications 3-5+ years of management experience, ideally in a multi-site environment Proven people leadership and team development skills Experience managing office operations and administrative workflows Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities Comfortable working fully on-site Background in healthcare, dermatology, dental, or professional services preferred
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
