We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Office Coordinator / Office Manager to join our growing practice. If you enjoy building relationships with patients, keeping the office running smoothly, and working with a supportive team, we would love to hear from you! About Our Practice We are a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing excellent, compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. What You'll Do As a member of our front office team, you will help create a positive experience for every patient while supporting the day-to-day success of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, positive first impression Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and managing patient appointments Coordinating treatment plans and helping patients understand their options Presenting treatment plans and financial options Verifying dental insurance benefits Assisting with billing and insurance claims Following up on outstanding claims and patient balances Coordinating with the clinical team to keep the schedule and patient flow running smoothly Maintaining accurate patient records Helping with daily front office operations Supporting and encouraging the team Taking on leadership responsibilities as an Office Manager What We're Looking For 2+ years of dental front office experience Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment coordination Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Positive, professional, and dependable attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Office Manager experience is a plus, but not required. We are also happy to meet experienced Treatment Coordinators or Front Office Coordinators who are ready to take the next step in their career.
