OFFICE MANAGER

responsible for the following activities: Client Relations - Reception and Scheduling Basic Bookkeeping which includes invoicing and producing monthly statements Inventory management - Dispensing, pricing, ordering, and stocking. Proper labelling of medications. Maintain Client and Practice Records using Veterinary software (EzyVet) Manage paperwork related to interstate and international animal export Handling and Management of Diagnostic samples Office organization and cleanliness Training and Scheduling of other office staff Other duties as assigned

KEY CHARACTERISTICS

Effective communicator with clients and doctors Present yourself as friendly and welcoming to clients in person and on the phone. Organized, Efficient, Effective Delegator Able to multitask and work independently Computer skills - MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

HS or Equivalency degree Office Management experience preferred Experience with EzyVet software would be a bonus but not required Understanding of large animal veterinary medicine preferred Medication Sales license will be required and can be obtained after hiring
