We specialize in comprehensive brain and spine imaging and pride ourselves on accurate diagnoses delivered with patient-centered care in a convenient, community-focused setting. Position Overview Are you highly organized, great with computers, and passionate about helping people? We are looking for a Radiology Support & Records Specialist to serve as the central information hub for our center. No prior healthcare or radiology experience? No problem. We are fully committed to training the right candidate. If you have a strong background in customer service, retail, or general office administration, we will teach you the healthcare specifics—including medical records management, HIPAA privacy laws, imaging software (PACS), and legal processing. What You Will Do Once fully trained, your daily responsibilities will include:
Medical Records Requests:
Fulfill requests from patients and doctors asking for imaging reports, ensuring secure and timely delivery of their health information.
Subpoena Management & Legal Processing:
Carefully log, track, and process formal attorney requests and legal subpoenas for medical records, adhering strictly to legal deadlines and compliance laws.
Prior Imaging Management:
Request prior imaging and reports from other facilities and upload them into our PACS (imaging system) so our radiologists have them for comparison.
Mail & Financial Administration:
Sort incoming daily mail, scan documents directly into the correct patient charts, message the appropriate staff members, and post arriving payments into our billing system.
Portal Support:
Act as the friendly first point of contact to help patients and referring physician offices log in to our online portals. What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)

You must be highly comfortable with computers, capable of navigating multiple browser tabs simultaneously, and quick to learn new software systems. Extreme Attention to

Excellent Customer Service:
You should possess a calm, patient, and professional phone demeanor
Self-Starter Attitude:
You take notes, ask good questions during training, and can manage your own workflow independently once you learn the ropes.
Education:
