Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming records through the fax inbox in eCW Accurately attach and index records to patient charts Ensure timely and organized processing of patient documentation Assist with general administrative and front office support as needed

Qualifications:

Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) required Verifiable medical office records experience Familiarity with fax inbox workflows and document management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment If you have experience with eCW and are comfortable managing patient records and documentation, we'd love to hear from you!
