Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:

Maintain all medical records in designated area in accordance with established policies and procedures Prepare admission packets and establish medical files Maintains open charts by filing all clinical documentation daily as it is received Monitor and audit records for completeness and accuracy at assigned intervals Process, transfer and discharge records and maintain appropriate records on discharged residents including preparation of bereavement file, if applicable Prepare reports as directed and inform center or agency leadership of any deficiencies in documentation

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of medical terminology At least one year previous clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting Must be a licensed Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in the state of Indiana. Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance #BYHCIND
