This position is responsible for the successful coordination of all medical record activity pre- and post-service to ensure a smooth transition of information.
Hours:
Full-time | Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm | This position will primarily work in-office and may be eligible to work a hybrid schedule after a successful training period to work remote 1 day a week. Enjoy some of these notable benefits:
Hourly Wage:

Designated emotional, spiritual, and bereavement support system Locally owned and operated A few must-haves for this position: High School Diploma Two (2) years office experience required, preferably in the medical field. Some functions of what you will do: Scans medical records into each patient's electronic medical chart. Tracks incoming and outgoing medical documents on a daily basis. Prepares and sends verbal orders and other documents to physicians and other providers, as needed. Conducts regular audits of medical records and follows up on needed corrections. Monitors and follows up on incoming faxes. Assists with updating, ordering and printing forms/documents, as needed. Coordinates with contracted outside agencies for patient needs. Acts as a contact telephone liaison person interfacing with referral sources, outside agencies, health professionals and field staff, as needed. Receives incoming calls, providing patients/clients and referral sources with basic information to assist in accessing appropriate services, as needed.
