AO Multispecialty Clinic is seeking a Medical Records Specialist to organize and manage health information data, ensuring quality, accuracy, accessibility and security in both paper and electronic systems.

Requirements:

Major Duties and Responsibilities Prep patient chart for the next day's visit Call and request new patient information as well as reports on active patients Fax medical records to referring physicians Scan all paper documents into patients' chart, including new patients. Send out all medical records requests Check reminders in EHR Experience and Education High school graduate or equivalent 2 Years Medical Experience Required Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
