The Inova Loudoun Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a Medical Records Specialist who, under the direction of the Business Office Manager will be responsible for scanning documents into EMR, auditing medical records for accuracy and completeness, and other related duties as a key team member supporting the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and self-motivated. Medical records experience preferred, but not required. We will provide training. You should also have excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask with high degree of accuracy and efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with patients, doctors and staff.

Work Schedule:

7:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
