Job Description

HIM TECH

(FT) - MEDICAL RECORDS Responsible for the assembly of all in-patient and out-patient medical records. Assists with faxing, filing, and scanning records. Prints all records for external auditors. Prioritizes, locates, pulls, assembles, analyzes charts for deficiencies, scans, electronically tracks. Answers phones and assists patients with requested records and films. Mon- Fri, 8-4:30
