You If:

You have experience with insurance verification and medical billing (non-negotiable!). You can explain complex insurance concepts to frustrated patients with empathy and clarity. You've worked as a Medical Receptionist , Administrative Assistant , or in any Customer Service role in a medical office setting. You're tech-savvy with medical billing software and EMR systems. High school diploma preferred; X-Ray Tech, Medical Assistant or related certification is a plus Active BLS certification required or must be obtained within defined onboarding period.
