Duties include greeting patients and checking in for appointments, collect co pays/deductibles/ balances, new patient paperwork, perform insurance eligibility checks, obtain referrals/prior authorizations, schedule testing and follow up appointments, filing medical records in EHR. Previous experience in medical office and insurance verification required, Nextgen PM/EHR or cardiology experience a plus.
