Commerce, CA Medical Call Center Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently in a high-call-volume environment Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations Process referrals and coordinate with healthcare providers Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in electronic medical records system
Medical Call Center Job Requirements:
6+ months of experience working in a medical call center environment Bilingual in Spanish is required EMR experience is required (Epic is preferred) High School Diploma is required
