We are a fast growing, privately owned dental office in Corte Madera, seeking a talented &_ enthusiastic front desk team member to join us in a great deal of fun. Flexible hours - We're not strictly 9 to 5; evening, morning or weekend shifts available. Privately-owned by locals, not a big corporation. Compensation as high as $30/hour…plus bonuses & other incentives. Your role will be vitally important to keeping our practice running smoothly & maintaining our valued patients in the highest level of dental health. Must be comfortable making 30-40 outbound calls per shift to educate patients about hygiene and treatment and convert inquiries into bookings. Must be energetic, motivated, and incentive-driven , with a strong focus on achieving sales and booking targets. Base pay is $30/hour. Our Front Desk/Treatment Coordinators have earned between $30/hour to $50/hour based on performance.
