We're looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist to join our growing, high-volume practice. If you're a team player who enjoys making a difference in patients' lives every day, we want to meet you!

What You'll Do:

You'll be the face and voice of our clinic—helping patients feel welcome, informed, and supported.

Key responsibilities include:

Answering phones and taking accurate messages Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance (HMO & PPO) Greeting and checking in patients Collecting co-pays and processing payments Maintaining patient records and creating charts Data entry, copying, scanning, and other clerical tasks Ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in Spanish or Arabic (preferred) Prior experience in a front office medical setting Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) Knowledge of HMO and PPO insurance plans Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong customer service and communication abilities A proactive, flexible, and dependable team player

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This is a full-time position with
