All Star Physical Therapy , a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Pay Range:

$17-$20/

Hour Location:

San Jacinto, California 92583 Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred to support our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

You'll Achieve Success By:

Managing front desk operations , including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while providing exceptional customer service. Verifying insurance coverage , processing authorizations, and collecting payments to support accurate billing and ensure smooth patient access to care. Maintaining accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documentation. Answering phone calls and assisting patients in a courteous and professional manner while upholding HIPAA compliance and fostering a welcoming healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish)
